About Steven

My personal introduction to senior care was observing the care my parents received and volunteering at a senior living facility, focusing on companionship and developing relationships. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with seniors and learning their life stories., organizing and filing documents, making phone calls, doing laundry, cleaning, cooking, and most importantly, lending a compassionate ear to personally know the senior. I provide excellence in customer service by creating a care plan addressing the needs and expectations of my client.
