About Debora

I am a Dutch woman who raised three children and a dog in 4 different countries. I am fluent in English and have worked with people of all ages. I have a special soft spot for senior people because I think they are vulnerable and therefore need special care and above all respect. I have worked in the past with seniors who needed extra help so they could stay in their own homes. I have worked also in residential houses with people who suffered from Dementia/Alzheimer's. In addition , I took care of my mother and father together with my sister when they were dying of cancer. I am a personal chef and holistic nutritionist who can prepare meals for the elderly with special dietary needs. I can cook in batches so you have healthy food in the refrigerator. I am a strong believer that senior people benefit from healthy, tasty and nutritious meals in order to stay mentally and physically strong. I can be a companion to a senior person take them to an appointment, for a walk, play games etc.
