Caring for an infant requires patience, attentiveness, and a deep understanding of a baby’s needs—and Stephanie has all of these qualities in abundance. She is gentle, nurturing, and highly responsive to our baby’s cues. Whether it’s soothing during fussy moments, maintaining a consistent feeding and nap schedule, or engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, Stephanie always acts with love and intention. She is calm, highly organized, and compassionate. She has been an integral support to our household as a nanny!
