About Hadja

I have hands on experience in child care that comes from both my professional work and my personal life. For about two years, I have worked closely with children who have specific needs, which taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of individualized care. Through this experience, I learned how to create a safe, supportive, and structured environment while responding to each child's unique strengths and challenges. In addition, I help care for my two younger siblings, who are 3 years old and 10 months old. Being actively involved in their daily routines has strengthened my nurturing skills and deepened my understanding of child development at different stages.
