About Stephanie

I have been studying the body and the aging process. It is endlessly interesting to me how many different ways the quality of life can be enhanced through movement and play. I started caring for seniors when I graduated high school and found a job coordinating activities for elders at a rehabilitation center. I learned the music and started singing in different retirement homes. I'm looking for a job that gives me an opportunity to practice some of the skills I have learned over the years of training and working as a caregiver. I enjoy being in a role of service and feel fulfilled offering quality care that has the potential to lead to more wellness. I am very active and study a variety of movement arts. I am a part of a four year Feldenkrais training, as well as a BodyMind Centering study. I love learning through play and exploration.
