I help older adults maintain their independence while offering the support and encouragement they need to feel comfortable at home. I assist with daily activities, meal preparation, errands, transportation, light housekeeping, mobility support, medication reminders, and personal care. Beyond these tasks, I enjoy building meaningful connections and helping clients feel heard, valued, and supported. I am dependable, patient, and attentive. Families can count on me for reliable care, open communication, and thoughtful updates that keep them informed and reassured. I am CPR and First Aid trained, pet-friendly, and have reliable transportation. I am available for companionship, support during recovery from surgery, respite care, and ongoing caregiving needs.
