Stephanie is caring for my 18 month old for over a month. I’m grateful for her influence on baby. I chose to work with her based on her experience.. I only wish we had her sooner! Baby’s face brightens when she hears Stephanie is visiting. She gives updates on how baby is doing and highlights any concerns. She handles tantrums with calm and kindness, prioritizing emotional wellbeing. She puts her to sleep (which is hard for me!) I’m confident and at ease knowing baby is in such capable hands.
