I bring years of experience working with elementary, middle, and high school aged children, as well as children with special needs. As a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I've developed and implemented individualized strategies to foster academic growth, emotional resilience, and social development. My work has spanned inclusive classrooms and specialized settings as a paraprofessional in public schools, always guided by patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of each child's unique strengths. I strive to create a safe and fun environment where children feel empowered to explore, express, and thrive. My goal is to connect and build relationships with every child and their caregivers, to inspire confidence, open communication, and understanding.
