Hello! My name is Stephanie and I would love to help out your family! Previously I nannied for a family in Uptown for three and a half years, but they moved at the end of last year and I have been working temporary nanny jobs since then. I have over 15 years of childcare behind me. I babysat on my own for several years growing up, and for the past 10 years have been working for an agency in the city. I have experience in all ages, but infants and newborns are my favorite. I am a huge fan of gentle/authoritative parenting and believe a happy child comes from communication and treating your little one as human while still setting boundaries and guiding them in the right direction. My biggest goal is to keep your kid(s) happy, healthy, and having fun. Stephanie worked with our family for over three years. The bond she built with our kiddo was incredible. She started with us when he was around 5 months old and worked with us until he was nearly 4. She did a great job doing age appropriate activities at every stage of his development and helped him build connections within local classes, story times, and more. The level of dedication and kindness she approaches her work with make her one of the most incredible caregivers I've ever met. Without a doubt she is one of the best - any family that gets to work with her is seriously lucky. 12/10 recommend!
