About Juliana

I am a recent college graduate who is newer to the Chicago area, but born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. My Brooklyn neighborhood was home to a lovely community of families, and so I have been babysitting for about 8 years, mostly consistent with the few families I worked for. Even while in college out of state, it was lovely to go home to the same families and feel at home. I am looking to have that same feeling here in Chicago. My days are usually full of being active and outdoors whenever possible, cooking extravagant meals, and pursuing my career goals in the restaurant/hospitality industry at night. Though my career path is not related to childcare, I have loved to be around the creative minds of children; it is a nice break from figuring out your 20s :). While spending time with your children, I am all about laughter and patience. The balance between the two is what I have brought to my families in the past 8 years of babysitting. I am super adaptable and ready for any situation.
