Extensive experience of medical skills from the basics: feeding, showering/dressing, bathroom cares-ostomies and catheters, med reminders/assist with administration, through meal prep, domestic duties, assisting to appts, errands, & caring individualized companionship. I understand many illnesses ranging from: strokes, diabetes, Parkinson's, dementia, post surgical needs, & skin issues to list a few. Available for dayshifts as well as overnights. I have a case ending later in October, so would be available to start then. Currently, I am specifically looking for PT hours or I could be a back up person. I live in Loveland & have reliable 4-wheel drive transportation. Am willing & able to pass a background check. I have excellent references. I am COVID-19 vaccinated. My mom has Alzheimer's and Stephanie helped care for her for about 10 months in my mom's home. She was a voice of reason and compassion for us during difficult times. She didn't just care for my mom but befriended her and treated her as though she were her own. Stephanie helped us navigate the progression of the disease while also helping facilitate getting my mom the care she needs and managing a team of caregivers. I feel very grateful to have gotten to know Stephanie and work with her. I cannot recommend her enough and would hire her again in a heartbeat.
