About Stephanie

I have 4 experience with caring for the elderly. I have worked as a dcp direct care person. I help residents with bathing and grooming. I prepare meals and help residents with everyday activities. I take them on outings and I do housekeeping. I currently work as a dcp in a day program setting where we take the clients out into the commuity and help them inprove there skills in the comuity and help with job opprotuitys. I work closesly with a behaviourlist and help with the behaviour plans and make sure yhey are followed and support the individuals in there needs. We do arts and crafts with the individuals often and I help creat and exicute the activities
