About Stephanie

I'm Stephanie. I've been caring for children since the age of 13 and I've had the opportunity to nanny for several wonderful families. Along with my extensive childcare experience, I'm a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. My career has given me experience working closely with children and families in homes, schools, and clinical settings. My background provides a strong understanding of child development, behavior, communication, and how to meet each child's individual needs. As a nanny, I'm warm, patient, dependable, and hands-on. I love creating a safe and nurturing environment while incorporating play, learning, and age-appropriate activities. I believe that great childcare includes building a trusting relationship with parents, so I prioritize communication and respecting each family's routines and parenting preferences. Most importantly, I genuinely love working with children and being someone families can feel completely comfortable and confident leaving their little ones with.
