Hi, my name is Whitney! I'm an upbeat, compassionate, and dedicated childcare professional with 8+ years of experience as both a teacher and nanny, creating safe, supportive, and engaging environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive. I've worked with children of different ages and backgrounds, helping support their social, emotional, and developmental growth while building strong relationships with families. Currently, I work closely with children on the autism spectrum, using patience, creativity, and consistency to support each child's unique needs. I'm passionate about encouraging communication, independence, confidence, and celebrating every milestone along the way. Known for being dependable, nurturing, and energetic, I truly love helping children reach their fullest potential and making a positive difference in their lives each day! I'm also CPR and First Aide certified!
