My name is Stef, and I am an experienced and compassionate caregiver with over 11 years of experience. Throughout my caregiving career, I have developed a deep understanding of the patience, compassion, consistency, and respect needed when caring for individuals experiencing memory loss and cognitive decline. I am comfortable assisting with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, safety supervision, and providing emotional support. I value long-term relationships with the individuals and families I care for. My most recent caregiving position lasted nearly six years, caring for a husband and wife in their home. I remained with them long-term. Sadly, both have now passed away. I am currently looking for another caregiving opportunity where I can bring my 11+ years of experience, reliability, patience, and genuine compassion to an individual or family who needs someone they can trust.
