I have over seven years of hands-on childcare experience. I've been helping raise my niece since she was a newborn -- she's seven now -- and caring for her has taught me so much about patience, responsibility, and the joy of watching a child grow. Kids seem to be drawn to me naturally, and I love creating a calm, fun, and safe environment where they can learn and play. I'm reliable, observant, and quick to adapt to each child's personality and needs. I also took a few childcare and child development classes in high school and college, which helped me understand how to support children's growth in positive and encouraging ways.
