About Starla

I've worked with children ages 0-11 for 10+ years & I'm looking to continue my experience! I worked at 2 day cares, a summer camp, an elementary school & I've nannied privately for several families over the years. I'm very receptive to parents' goals and wishes for their children & I like to keep very open communication- I tend to take notes throughout the day about any milestones/concerns that stand out to me so everyone stays on the same page! I also consider light housekeeping to be part of my job; I make sure the kids I'm watching have clean clothes & naturally I keep a tidy kitchen because I know how nice it is to come home to an empty sink & cooking-ready kitchen! I'm also open to any other duties around the house if I'm directed to do so.
