Working ONLY as a NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST, Sleep Trainer & Consultant. I'm well known for my skills w/babies & parents. Over 29yrs in E. C. E. It's my passion! Experience w/infant/toddler care, preschool teacher & director, nanny, night nanny, sleep trainer, newborn care specialist/consulting. B. A. in Child Development, CPR/First Aid cert. Tdap & flu shots, Trustline certified(background checked, fingerprint cleared). Experience w/newborn singletons, twins & triplets. I've worked in Napa, Sacramento region, S. F., San Jose, Saratoga, RWC, Oakland etc. You may ask why? My answer is, to find a good fit. Just as it isn't always easy to find the right caregiver, it isn't always easy to find the right job/family. I believe in loving & nurturing every child, & that every child is unique. Communication is key. I also love animals! My primary residence is in Sacramento area but 85% of my clients (over 16yrs) are in the bay area, & I can stay w/family or friends if needed when I'm in the bay.
We cannot recommend Stacy highly enough. As first-time parents, we were naturally overwhelmed, but having her support for our son’s first four months was the best decision we could have made. She worked with us seven nights a week for the majority of her time here, and her presence was a source of immense comfort and expertise. From the very beginning, Stacy was a dedicated teacher. She patiently taught us the fundamentals—everything from perfecting the swaddle and managing feedings to medicine administration, diapering, baths, and even the best ways to clean bottles. She is incredibly attentive, patient, and detail-oriented. The results speak for themselves. Under her guidance: Our son transitioned seamlessly from a swaddle to sleeping without one. She successfully completed sleep training before he was even four months old. Our little one was sleeping through the night from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM without any intervention. She also helped our little one to adjust to daycare. Beyond the night-to-night care, she went above and beyond by sharing product recommendations before she even started and leaving us with extensive, detailed notes on baby care to ensure we felt confident after her departure. We feel incredibly lucky to have had her in our home. We would hire her again and recommend her to any family or friends looking for the highest level of care for their newborn.
