Based on my experience, dignity, respect, and kindness are at the heart of quality caregiving. From 2023 to 2025, I provided full-time care for my parents and brother, navigating complex medical needs (cancer and dementia diagnoses) with compassion and dedication. I am patient, calm, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. As a healthcare researcher, I worked in several countries, including Eswatini (in Africa) and Papua New Guinea. I enjoy learning about cultures and meeting new people. I am skilled in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I offer respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I communicate with families using their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I have current CPR and First Aid Training. I am eager to bring my experience and heartfelt approach to your family.
