I am a mother of 3 children. Their ages are 32, 24 and 22. I will watch your children and take great care of them! I am also CPR & FIRST AID CERTIFIED.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have Sue as our nanny! From the moment she joined our family, she brought warmth, patience, and a genuine love for our 7 month old and two puppies. Sue instantly connected with our daughter (who lights up the second she walks in the door) and spoils her with lots of play time, reading, and keeps her on her daily routine. Sue is incredibly reliable, punctual, and so very thoughtful and helpful in keeping our home clean and safe. She communicates openly and easily adapts to our hectic schedules, bringing so much peace of mind. We couldn’t imagine a better person to trust with our child! Sue is truly part of our family and we are grateful for everything she does.

Can’t say enough good things about Sue! She is very caring and engaged with our daughter and is more than willing to help with little things around the house if need be. She has a great attitude and is eager to ask questions and learn more about us/our daughter to provide the best care possible. We love having Sue as our nanny!

We have had the pleasure of having Sue as our nanny. Her loyalty, honesty, and trustworthiness shine through in everything she does, making us feel completely at ease when our 9 month old was in her care.

Sue has a genuine love for children, babies and fur babies! Her interactions are filled with warmth, patience, and kindness. It’s not just about the day-to-day care with her; it’s about forming meaningful a connection with our son. 

She’s someone who goes above and beyond, not because it’s expected, but because she genuinely cares. She truly cared about my son and our journey with him as well as the stress and overwhelm we as parents have experienced due to medical issues with our son. Her genuine compassion was evident and has a big heart who just wants to help. She always arrived early, communicated well, and was always open and offering to do extra things for us when our son was napping. She’s the best. 

Soussan arrived early, and provided such good care to our 8 month old. She made me feel at ease leaving our baby in her care early on in the visit, and our baby loved her. I highly recommend her services. 

Sou watched our baby from age 3 months to 9 months and was wonderful. We knew she was “the one” when she walked in during our first meeting and fawned over our dog (our “firstborn!”) and then seamlessly took over bottlefeeding the baby, who took to her immediately. Our baby has always been super alert and struggled to nap anywhere but in arms for awhile, and Sou was happy to be nap-trapped with him. He is a decent napper now but Sou will still occasionally hold him for naps, especially when he’s not feeling well, to make sure he gets a good one in. She followed our instructions and helped us out when I was sick—she came on a day she wasn’t scheduled, with Gatorade for me, and took care of the baby while I slept. She was also very flexible when we needed to switch or cancel days. Most importantly, she seemed to really care about and love our babies (human and canine) :)

I was immediately impressed by Sue's openness and friendliness. We spoke at length over the phone and she interviewed with my family by spending a Saturday morning with us performing the morning routine of activities and meal prep. She is experienced and showed compassion for our family's circumstances (we have partial custody of our girls and needed part time summer care).  Sue was willing to drive the girls to their activities, provide meal prep and engage with them in meaningful play. Our custody agreement changed and our children would be spending their summer days with their mom, so we no longer needed Sue's care. It was tough to tell both her and our children that they wouldn't be spending the summer together...the girls truly liked her and were happy to spend time with her. We highly recommend Sue as a care provider who is genuine and kind.

Sue is downright mean and judgmental and isn't up to date on safe sleep practices for babies- I would not recommend her. 

I hired Sue to help me with our newborn since my husband is in school and doesn't have leave and we have no family nearby. We agreed Sue would come to watch our baby & do some light housework. We keep a clean house but as new parents it was hard keeping up with washing bottles and other house cleaning at all times so it was helpful to have an extra hand to simply do some washing and wipe down the counter etc. Sue also offered to do laundry while here. I would use the time some was here to sleep/eat/pump/work out &?clean up the house & cook meals. after letting her know I wanted to still spend some time with our baby while she is here especially knowing I'm going back to work soon & asked if during that time if she could wipe down some surfaces she got home that night & sent me a text saying "When you have a baby you get 6 to 8 weeks to bond with your baby you haven't started to bond with her until she was able to see clear. When we have children it's not about us anymore it's about our children! So now you want to bond with her  2 weeks before you return to work. Honestly you should have been able to care for her from the beginning. I'm not the maid I was hired as a Part Time Nanny for you which I have taken care of her and I've washed your dishes and her bottles and your breast pump  attachments  which you just leave on the side of the sink with everything else! Also laundry wash and fold.It's time for you to be a Mother and focus on your 
child and clean your home. It's Not About You All the time Anymore!! So I will not be returning." 

No one should ever judge a mother on how she is coping with new parenthood or if she hires help when it's needed. I hired help because I was essentially a single parent caring for our daughter while my husband was in school most of every day so I couldn't keep up with watching her, recovering from childbirth and ensuring I was in a positive mental state & maintain a house and meals. Sending a cruel text (that's completely unfounded) and ending a job with no warning Is hurtful & not what you want from a care person.

Soussan is great! She watched our son for about 3 months. She is so personable and caring. She followed his schedule, cues, and able to nap him quickly after she started. She was always punctual and very dependable. She was also very sweet with all our pets!

I hired Soussan to watch my daughter in the mornings a few days a week.  We settled on days, times, and pay.  She came to watch my daughter one day for a few hours and reported that despite her testing her limits a bit everything was fine.  I confirmed that she'd be back the following week to start regular hours.  She texted 3 days later to tell me she took another job, leaving me no time to find someone new.  She seemed nice, capable, and reliable, but if you choose to hire her be sure to have a back up plan.
