About Soraya

My name is Soraya, and I'm passionate about creating safe, fun, and supportive environments for children of all ages. I have hands-on experience working with kids from 1-year-old through teens (up to 14 years), including teaching and coaching soccer and basketball, which has helped me develop patience, creativity, and strong leadership skills. I've also worked with several nanny and caregiving agencies, including Comfort Keepers, and spent four years in a daycare setting, which gave me the opportunity to nurture children's development in both structured and playful ways. These experiences have helped me build skills in supervision, activity planning, homework support, and behavior management. I love staying active myself, so I enjoy incorporating sports, games, and outdoor play into my time with kids. I believe in balancing fun with learning, and I always aim to create a caring environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow.
