About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia. I recently graduated with a Biochem Degree and I'm currently studying for the MCAT. My goal is to go to Medical School with a focus on pediatrics. I'm CPR certified and I've taken care of kids with special needs for the last three summers. Growing up in Ecuador, I learned to speak Spanish fluently as well as gain appreciation for outdoor activities. I'm eager to get to meet new families and foster an environment safe and fun for kids! I started working with kids during my first summer break from freshman year. I worked at a summer camp where I took care of the director's kids, who were 3y/o and 6 months old at that time. It was the most wonderful experience, and I still visit them every time there's a chance.
