About Sophia

Hi everyone! My name is Sophie, and I'm a dedicated fourth-year college student studying Early Childhood and Special Education at the University of Dayton. In addition to my degree, I am pursuing a certificate in Dyslexia, Autism, and STEM education. I have extensive experience working with children, particularly in the infant and toddler room at the Bombeck Family Learning Center on UD's campus, where I honed my skills with kids aged newborn to 4 years old. Currently, as a Registered Behavior Technician, I work full time during the weekdays, providing ABA therapy to a child on the autism spectrum, which is also another one of my passions! This summer, I am available in Cincinnati and Dayton and would love to offer my babysitting services on weekends! In addition to my childcare experience, I have a background in lifeguarding, coaching a summer swim team for two years, and giving swim lessons. I am new to this platform and excited to embark on this journey!
