About Sophia

Bringing joy and nurturing care to children has always been a passion of mine. My previous babysitting experiences motivated me to support families by offering reliable childcare. I have three years of experience caring for children aged 0-11, including special needs children. Patient and friendly, I'm very caring, bubbly and always look at the positive. For past families I've picked up children from school, took them to sporting and extracurricular activities and was able to help with homework and make meals and play with the kids. I'm comfortable caring for 3 children at a time. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, whether through verbal updates at pickup or regular texts. I have CPR and First Aid training. I've took two years of Early Childhood Education during Highschool and a year internship at Risen Savor Early Childhood Center in the newborn room. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
