About Natalie

I have over 5 years of childcare experience and a genuine passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel supported. As the oldest of 5 siblings, caring for others has always come naturally to me. My experience also includes supporting my younger sister with Autism, which has helped me to develop patience, adaptability, and a deeper understanding of meeting children where they are. During the school year, I work as a Teaching Assistant at a charter school. I'm available throughout the summer and would love to support families while school is out! I also offer tutoring for grades K-2. I'm creative, dependable, and love planning activities that encourage learning and creativity. I believe in open communication with parents and follow each family's preferences and routines to create consistency and comfort for their children. I'm also happy to help with cooking, transportation, light housekeeping, swim supervision, and daily routines. I look forward to connecting with your family!
