About Sophia

Hi! I'm Sophia, a reliable, caring, and energetic person who loves working with kids and creating fun, engaging routines that make every day feel like an adventure. I'm CPR certified and have tons of babysitting and nannying experience-happy to share references if needed! I grew up on Long Island, NY, and have always loved being outside-whether that's hiking, spending time at the beach, or just enjoying nature. I also grew up riding horses and helping care for farm animals, which taught me responsibility, routine, and how to work hard. Creativity is a huge part of who I am! I love crafting-crocheting, sewing, painting, and drawing are just a few of my favorite ways to unwind and get creative. Health and wellness are also important to me-I follow a gut-friendly diet, love cooking, and can prepare healthy meals (including vegan ones!). I'm super organized, love a good routine, and believe in balancing playtime, learning, and rest throughout the day.
