About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia, and I'm a recent graduate with a degree in K-12 Physical Education & Health and a Master's in Public Health. I have several years of experience working with children of different ages through teaching, substitute teaching, childcare, coaching, and volunteering. I'm energetic, patient, responsible, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids! I love being active and would be happy to play outside, do crafts, help with homework, go on walks, or simply hang out and make sure your kids have a fun and safe time. I have experience working in schools and childcare settings, and I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and adapting to different ages and personalities. I'm also CPR/First Aid certified.
