About Sophia

I bring both personal and professional experience to my caregiving work. As a mother to special needs children, I've spent many years developing patience, compassion, and a deep understanding of how to support children with a variety of needs. In addition to my personal background, I've worked as a Special Education Assistant at Rock Hill High School. I'm a positive, friendly, and dependable person who takes pride in being punctual, kind, and caring in every situation. I communicate clearly and effectively and can help with everything from cooking and meal prep to light housekeeping and daily routines. I started working with kids when I was a teenager as a babysitter and then nanny. Then I became a mom 15 years ago. I have 3 children and two of them have autism so I have every day experience caring for children with special needs. I also work as a Special Education Assistant with Rock Hill High and have experience with special needs teenagers.
