About Grace

I've worked with children of all ages for 15+ years as a Care Specialist as well as a Special Education Para-Educator (LAUSD) assisting students that have special needs. Part of my role involves, but is not limited to supervision of children, behavior management, 1:1 assistance (academics), play time, meal prep, toileting, light cleaning, helping with homework and promoting language and writing skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. I've learned so much and met amazing individuals over the years. I'm passionate about what I do and I believe in this career empathy, patience and love are essential. I am fortunate to have had so many great experiences! I value transparency, compassion, mutual respect, appreciation, keeping a positive attitude and an open mind towards life. I enjoy quality time with my close friends and family including my fur babies. I love trying new things and new places. I practice kickboxing and I love to ride my motorcycle when the weather is cooperating.
