About Sophia

Hi! My name is Sophia, and I'm a student, studying education and working toward becoming an elementary school teacher. I currently work as a substitute teacher and have experience helping students understand lessons, complete assignments, and build confidence in their learning. I enjoy working one-on-one with students and finding ways to explain concepts so they make sense. I'm patient, encouraging, and love helping kids feel successful in school. I'm comfortable tutoring elementary students in reading, writing, and basic math, as well as helping with homework and study skills. My goal is to create a supportive environment where students feel confident learning.
