I have 10 years of experience working with elementary age students in special education, including supporting children with IEPs, speech needs, and early reading development. I currently for FWCS, which has given me additional hands-on experience working with a variety of students and learning styles. I have strong experience helping children build phonemic awareness and improve reading comprehension through patient, one-on-one support. I truly enjoy working with young children and creating a comfortable, encouraging environment where they can grow and gain confidence.
