About Sona

Hi, my name is Sona! Working with children is something I truly enjoy and take seriously. I have about five years of paid childcare experience. I previously worked at a Snapology childcare center, where I taught STEM-based activities to kids ages 5 to 12, helping make learning fun and engaging. In addition to my professional experience, I've always babysat and cared for children within my family, so being around kids has naturally been a big part of my life. I'm patient, easygoing, and respectful of each family's rules and routines. I have a degree in Business Administration, and I was recently laid off from my HR position at Amazon during mass layoffs. Right now, I'm just looking to work, but being around kids is honestly what I enjoy the most. I am still actively serving in the U. S. army reserves but that obligation is only one weekend a month. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified and happy to help with things like light housekeeping, cooking, crafts, travel, and more.
