Hi! I’m Sofia. I’m a patient, calm, and caring person who truly enjoys supporting others in their day-to-day life. I love helping around the home, whether it’s cooking, tidying, organizing, or creating a peaceful environment. I grew up in a household where my great-aunt with dementia lived with us, and my mom served as her primary caregiver. Being part of that experience taught me compassion, creativity, and how meaningful it is to support someone with dignity and kindness. I bring that same heart and understanding to every family I work with.
