About Sofia
Experience: 10 yrs
Hi Families, My name is Sofia and I have been serving as an educator for 9 years now. The last school I taught at is Citizens of the World in Mar Vista and Hollywood Schoolhouse and have been working as a private tutor and homeschool teacher since then. I love shaping curriculum based on the interest of the child and immersing them in nature and community based learning so they are empowered to start constructing their education. I'm also specialized in teaching literacy for pre-k through 3rd grade. If this philosophy feels right for you, I'd love to work with your family. Thank you!
