About Sofia

I'd describe my personality as present, thoughtful and conscientious. I started caring for seniors when my grandparents met their shifts of life. Since I've cared for young children, disabled adults, had a career in healing arts, taken CNA training with internship in elder assisted living and dementia care. My skills include my specialty is helping people find peace with what their lives have been, where it is going and living in the now (background in counseling, healing arts, behavioral health, teaching movement and spiritual practices). I also happen to be joyful organizer, cleaner and cook. I like caring for seniors and disabled people because I love helping people find peace and presence with the shifts of life. I'm looking for a job that meets in mutual respect and gratitude. One thing you should know about me is I'm not comfortable around dogs that bark, jump or bite. Cats, chickens, very calm dogs, and other calm animals are fine. In my spare time I am in nature.
