About Sofia

I'd describe my personality as present, thoughtful and conscientious. I like caring for seniors because I love helping people find peace and presence with the shifts of life. I'm looking for a job that meets in mutual respect and gratitude. I started caring for seniors when my grandparents met their shifts of life. Since I've cared for young children, disabled adults, had a career in healing arts, taken CNA training with internship in elder assisted living and dementia care. In my spare time, I like to be in nature, meditate, do qigong, write, spend time with friends, sing, dance and create art. One thing you should know about me is I'm comfortable around cats and very calm dogs. My skills include my specialty is helping people find peace with what their lives have been, where it is going and living in the now (background in counseling, healing arts, behavioral health, teaching movement and spiritual practices). I also happen to be joyful organizer, cleaner and cook.
