William is really dependable, punctual, conscientious, and takes his caregiving job very seriously. He’s a kind-hearted soft spoken guy whom my dad took to right away. He’s easy to have around in our house - a bigger guy (he can handle and manage caring for a large man like my dad), but he doesn’t take up much space. He’s very respectful of our home and we can trust him with our dad alone if we need to run errands. He’s also very helpful when accompanying us to my dad’s appointments.
