About Sofia

Hello! For the past 3 years, I've been working as a caregiver for seniors, a role I truly love and take to heart. My goal is always to ensure that the people I care for feel safe, loved, and well taken care of whenever I'm with them. I enjoy connecting through activities like playing cards, chess, or dominoes, singing (I'm also an actress!), dancing when possible, reading aloud, sharing stories, and--most importantly--listening. I believe in being fully present and offering companionship that brings joy, laughter, and comfort. In addition to emotional support, I prepare delicious, healthy meals, handle light housekeeping, run errands, and assist with shopping. I'm a non-smoker, and I absolutely love pets!
