About Skyler

I'd describe my personality as fun, charismatic and talkative. I like working with kids because they give you opportunities for new perspectives and experiences. I'm looking for a job that is consistent and allows room for growth. I started working with kids when I was 14 through a preschool program I took I high school. I taught reading, writing, science and math. Then I taught at a Montessori school for 3 years; two with toddlers and 1 with school age kids. This has allowed me to get first aid and CPR training. I am now a fully lisenced Elementary teacher, and In my spare time, I like to read, write and sing. One thing you should know about me is I love hands-on experiences. Tactile activities are the best! My skills include teaching, curriculum planning and caring for many kids while maintaining a safe and fun environment.
