About Ashley

Hi, I'm Ashley! I am looking for consistency, respect and great communication with the family I care for. I do not discriminate against anyone for their political party, gender, religion or ethnicity. I am inclusive to everyone and plan to showcase that to whomever I am working for! As a measure of safety I have a FaceTime call with you and your partner and following that, an in person meet. If either party decides it is not a good fit I plan for open and honest communication, as well as understanding. As the oldest child of 5, I have learned a lot of responsibility, patience, and many skills to make sure care goes smoothly. I have 4 years experience as a ParaEducator for UVU in their Autism Center, and Alpine school district. These jobs have given me so much experience with many types of behaviors in children, as well as problem solving and working closely with children with ADHD, Autism, Down Syndrome, and Children of the Deaf Community.
