~ Hi! My name is Skye. And I have over seven years of child care experience. Working with children since 2016. All ages, ranging from 4 months to 14 years old. I've worked with several children at a time, as well as individually. I live here in Charlottesville and have worked with many different families across the area. ~ I am certified in both Pediatric and Adult Aid, CPR and AED training. I've also taken educational courses in child development, child psychology and child safety. I also have special needs care experience. ~ I work currently full-time but, I am available for date nights, and occasional care when my schedule allows. I have a reliable vehicle and great reference's. Sky was amazing! She took care of my 4 special needs, ages 8, 7, 5 and 3 with ease. And they had a great time! She did not take any of their BS or let them get away with things they shouldn't! She cleaned up around the house without being asked, AND took the trash to the dumpster every time she left. After One visit, she had taught my 5 year old to say "Excuse me" when interrupting adult conversation, and to WAIT until I acknowledged him before he spoke! She is trustworthy to the point that I allowed her to take the children places in my car, and also had her stay the night, several nights in a row (in my own room) on several occasions, so I could get away for a few days. She's AMAZING! Period!
