I have 2 years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher Aide with high school students. I speak fluent English, I'm a native Mandarin speaker, and I'm also fluent in Cantonese. I'm currently learning ASL and can hold conversations When working with children, I focus on emotional presence, gentle communication, and emotional regulation. I stay calm during tantrums and try to help children understand and express their feelings by giving them the language and support they need. I truly believe in secure parenting I'm comfortable following family routines, respecting boundaries. I'm open to constructive feedback and value clear, communicative relationships. My schedule is flexible depending on the family's needs, and I can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests if I'm available. I'm reliable, consistent, and ideally looking for a long-term match, while also being open to trial sessions to make sure we're a good fit for each other:)
