We had the absolute pleasure of having Sima with our family for nine months, caring for our son from the time he was 6 months old to 15 months. She was truly wonderful—caring, patient, and so loving with him. She treated him as if he were her own, and we always felt at ease knowing he was in her hands. She helped him grow, learn, and thrive during such an important stage in his life. We are so grateful for the love and attention she gave him and would highly recommend her to any family looking for someone who will care for their child with genuine kindness and dedication.

My husband and I hired Sima while our son was between ages of four months to 10 months old. We really appreciated her services during this time of his life as our nearly full-time nanny. She was very attentive to him and was understanding and respectful of our family’s requests and needs. She also took feedback and constructive criticism well too. At one point she even came with me to one of our son’s doctor appointments because he was diagnosed with torticollis and needed some help with pediatric physical therapy. She was helpful with his PT suggested adjustments. During her time with us, she would always help take care of simple house chores like dishes, and laundry which really allowed us to be more present with him in the limited time we had available. We will definitely continue to hire her as a babysitter moving forward.

Sima was great with our infant son. We needed care 1-2 times a week for a few months and her flexibility was perfect for our schedule. She always made sure to complete all the tasks for the day involving the baby from baths and grooming to general maintenance of his areas. She meal prepped his solids for the week and even did our dishes from time to time. It was so nice having her help!

Sima was our full-time nanny for our son from 4 months old til he turned 1 years old. She was great! Sima took great care of him, helped sleep train, supported his development with practicing new skills, helped us introduce him to solids and did light housekeeping. Sima is attentive and great with children. Sima would also watch our son and daughter on the weekends whenever we needed it. Our kids love her! We still use her for babysitting whenever we need it. 

Been working with Sima for our little one since she was six months old, now ten months. We hire her on Saturdays to help give the grandparents a break as they watch the little one during the week. 
Sima has been really great with the child and also provided a lot of useful knowledge to my wife and I, who are both first time parents. Since the beginning, Sima was quick to pick up tasks and got along with our daughter immediately. She helped with sleep training during the day so that we can have a more organized day as well as helping with learning and development by reading books and consistently communicating with our daughter verbally. 

Sima would be a great addition to any family that is needing a full time baby to help watch and raise their little one. 

Sima cared for our four month baby boy and connected with him through play and story time. She was very punctual and knowledgeable. She worked with us for a short time because of a change in work situation. Our baby enjoyed the time he spent with her.

Sima has been an incredible part of our family for almost a year. She is the most reliable, diligent, caring, and hard-working nanny I could have ever asked for. Sima has traveled with us wherever we have asked her to go, has always agreed to watch our little boy on the weekends or for a last minute date night. You could not find a better nanny. 

Most importantly, she truly loved and cares for our son. That's something money cannot buy. I can go to work and leave the house feeling good knowing that my baby is in good hands with someone who has his best interests in mind. 

Sima watched our little boy from the age of 4 months until 15 months. She was a natural with newborns and taught us some good methods to put him down for a nap and other tips we desperately needed. I am truly impressed with Sima's patience and work ethic. The only reason we won't be able to keep Sima on is because we are moving out of the area. You would be extremely lucky if she picked your family to work for!

Sima was our nanny for our baby boy. She took excellent care of him and we appreciated her so much! She was very gentle, attentive, responsible, and caring with him. She went out of her way to make him happy and was great with reading to him and playing with him. She helped him progress through various milestones, including introducing solids, and would offer great ideas and suggestions. She worked really well with us as a team and was extremely helpful overall!

Sima was kind and patient with are 2 yo son. She did our son's bedtime routine, checked in on our sleeping twins and helped with a huge pile of baby laundry. She communicated with us while we were out of the house and gave an update when we got home. We look forward to having her back. She even went above and beyond to message us about a pet.

Sima has been a wonderful nanny for my son and such a blessing for us. We did a nanny share and she took care of the two babies together full time while also helping around the house, and managed it all very well. She was always on time and super flexible and accommodating with our schedule, even with last minute changes. She had a very positive attitude and would send me fun photos and updates throughout the day. Most importantly, she has always been so sweet with my son and he absolutely adores her. Our children are moving on to daycare now that they are getting older but we will all definitely miss having Sima to care for them.

Sima was our nanny (in nanny share) for 6 months. Not only did my daughter adore her, she was great with my high energy dog. Sima happily helped with housework (dishes, laundry) and was very accommodating with our ever-changing work schedule. She did need to miss some days but I can't think of single time she was ever late. Sima genuinely enjoys working with children and any family would be lucky to have such a flexible and friendly nanny. Thank you, Sima, for all you've done for us. We'll miss you!

Sima has been our full time nanny for the last year and she's been amazing! She's caring and has a wonderful relationship with our 20 month old son and our dog. We are two very busy parents who work long hours and she's been great about working with our schedule and being flexible. She also helps with some light housework and meal prep which has made a world of difference in our lives. We are very lucky to have found someone we can trust and who works hard for our family.

I like Sima because she is kind and understanding and it helps a lot that she has a lot of experience with toddlers since she worked in preschool. 

Sima has watched my 3 year old son for a year and I could not be happier with her work. She treats my son with so much love, care and patience. She is trustworthy, organized and very responsible. My son loves Sima and gets so excited when he sees her because Sima treats him with respect, plays engaging games with him and generally makes her time with him an enjoyable learning experience. 

My family can't say enough good things about Sima.  We were so lucky to find her as we know finding the best nanny/babysitter for a child can be a very difficult process. 

We hired Sima to be our full-time nanny for our 7 mo. daughter and 3 yr old son in Brentwood in 2017.  She is incredible!  She took the job very seriously and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that our kids were safe, happy, and continued to learn new things.  I gave her a list of things to do, and she did twice as much - for instance she took the kids out to the park and other activities so that they were always exposed to new things.  And she was never late!  She was respectful, dependable, and has a warm heart. On top of taking care of the kids, she cleaned up and did housekeeping chores so we wouldn't be burdened with them when we got home.  She was always open to suggestions and isn't stubborn. Very easy going.  Unfortunately, our son now has extreme medical issues that have worsened on a feeding tube and we are going to need to bring in a full time home nurse, so have to lose her.  Anyone would be lucky to have her in their home.  She is one-of-a-kind!!

Miss Sima, has looked after my 4 year old regularly after school for a few hrs and babysitting, she is gentle, and great with her.
