I hired Paola (Silvia) first as a live out nanny a little before my second child was born about 1.5 years ago. We were so impressed with her nanny and home caring skills that we asked her to take on the great task to assist us in transitioning our family during a relocation and has been a live in nanny for us since then. She has seamlessly integrated into our family and has served as the lead child and home care taker for us.
