Hi, my name is Silvia. I bring over 10 years of experience caring for children and managing households, six years in Colombia and four in the United States. My work combines a strong sense of organization with genuine care, creating calm and welcoming environments where children feel supported and happy. I'm patient, reliable, and highly adaptable, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to every task. I speak English and Spanish fluently, have a strong driving record, and I'm currently studying Business at Bergen Community College.
