I returned to the workplace after spending 9 years at home raising my 2 children. My first job was at a local preschool where I was responsible for the care of infants and toddlers ranging in age from 10 weeks to 2 years. After 4 years at this job, I moved to another preschool where I was a teacher for 3-year-old children. My job involved daily lesson plans, arts and crafts, circle time and music class. I then moved into the private sector nanny field and have over 15 years of experience. I have been with my current family for 6 years, starting when the 2 girls were 4 and 5 years old. I am responsible for every aspect of their care including extracurricular activities, homework help, dinner prep, laundry and daily calendar maintenance. I manage the home scheduling various contractors for household maintenance. They have become family but I will be moving on as their mom has retired and will be home permanently. I can provide references from my current and past families.
