About Silvia

As a Salvadoran American fluent in Spanish and English, I was raised in a large, family-centered home where caring for younger siblings and cousins came naturally. As the oldest in the era of latchkey kids, babysitting became the foundation of my lifelong passion for working with children. My professional journey began as a nanny and grew into roles as a preschool teacher and kindergarten classroom assistant. Over time, I expanded my work to partnering closely with parents as a liaison, helping strengthen the connection between home and school. I truly enjoy working with children because they are our future and our treasures.
