About Silvana

Hello! My name is Silvana and I have been In Santa Cruz County for 16 years. I am a full time professional artist and I am born and raised in Italy, I love a good sense of humor, good food, and the fine arts. I have experience as a Teacher's Aide at an elementary schools and as a nanny. I appreciate Montessori, Reggio Emilia education, CCC and Positive Discipline principles for childcare, and mindfulness practices. I have 9 ECE. I love drawing, gardening, cooking, playing music, reading books and going out into nature. I am attentive to routines and sleep/feeding schedules. I tend to all of the child's needs, like laundry, food, pottytraining and necessary groceries. I am respectful of parenting styles and I am safety conscientious. I love animals! I have an excellent driving record and I drive a Toyota Prius hutch. I need at least one week day off, preferably Mondays, and occasionally, half days on Fridays for art events.
