About Sigh

I am a compassionate senior caregiver and trained death doula with experience supporting older adults, people living with dementia, and individuals receiving hospice and end-of-life care. I bring warmth, patience, presence, and genuine human connection to caregiving, with a focus on helping each person feel safe, respected, and comfortable. I have hospice volunteer experience and training in caregiving and end-of-life support. I can provide companionship, respite care, meal preparation, light household help, errands, transportation, and support for families. I am especially comfortable with dementia, serious illness, grief, and the end-of-life process. I enjoy caring for seniors because I value meaningful human connection and believe every person deserves to feel seen, respected, and cared for as they age. I appreciate the wisdom and stories older adults carry, and I find it deeply meaningful to offer companionship, comfort, and a steady presence during this stage of life.
