Jennifer has helped improve my health, attitude and perspective. Needless to say Jennifer is a very hard worker; she is extremely efficient and thorough. Jennifer has helped me to access safely things in my home as that is difficult for me. I am now exercising with her help. Jennifer is a professional; she is more than proficient in several areas and provides knowledge to help with my needs and understanding of health and nutrition. However, Jennifer has provided conversation and dialogue which have made the greatest change in my health. I am returning to my "old self" little by little.
