Hi! I'm Sierra, and I bring over 10 years of experience in professional childcare settings, as well as nannying and babysitting. Most of my professional work has been with toddlers ages 1-3, but I've also cared for children from infancy through age 9. I'm warm, dependable, and passionate about nurturing kids in a way that supports their natural curiosity while providing a structured, safe space to explore and grow. I view myself as an extension of the parent-someone who supports your values, routines, and hopes for your child, while offering calm, consistent care when you can't be there.
